PLAY AREA RULES & REGULATIONS
1. “Play Area Name” has various zones: Toddler zone, Soft play area, 360 degree cycle, Slides and café area.
2. It is mandatory to opt for a minimum 1 hour play package to enter the premises.
3. Parent/attendant is required for children below 4 ft at all times and cannot be left alone in the premises. We require you to provide contact details prior to leaving the child in our area and follow our entry & exit policies.
4. We do not allow caretaker/maids/attendants inside the soft play/toddler zone, they may wait outside the area to ensure child’s safety.
5. Please follow a line for rides & slides.
6. No climbing up slides, netting or poles.
7. Please sanitise hands before entering the play area.
8. Children are required to remove shoes and wear socks inside the play area for safety and hygiene purposes and keep bags outside play area.
9. A proper entry must be made before entering the play area.
10. Only 5 minutes extra time will be given after the play time is over. After 5 minutes, we shall charge for another hour.
11. Wait for an attendant to assist you on the rides & slides.
12. Birthday parties timing must be strictly followed. Extra time is chargeable.
13. No outside food and drinks are allowed inside the premises.
14. Pets and strollers are not allowed.
15. “Play area name” bears no responsibility of personal belongings. Team members are not permitted to take care of your belongings like toys, mobile phones, camera, keys, bags etc.
16. “Play area name” is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property belongings.
17. “Play area name” reserves the right to intervene, stop and ask you to exit the premises if any of the following are observed: hitting, bulling, abusive language, misuse or damage of equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
18. “Play area name” premise is under security and surveillance & CCTV monitored. Stealing & abuse is a criminal offence and is punishable.
19. Food & drinks from the café are not permitted in the gaming & play area.
20. We ask you to maintain queues and not break the line and wait for your fair turn.
